Event Groups: Sprints, Hurdles, Jumps and all Throwing Events (excluding PV)
EVERY EVENT GROUP WILL BE AN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE.
BY THE END OF EACH CAMP, EVERY SINGLE ATHLETE WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO RUN FASTER, JUMP AND THROW FARTHER AND JUMP HIGHER!!
We will adjust the camp to the athlete! If they are competing for their winter track season, we will adjust the training to suit them. It could be just lighter technical work or it could be more intense speed work. It really depends on their particular need and wish. We want them to be at their absolute best. If they are using this to get in shape or prepare for the outdoor season, we will add even more to the menu. This will have everything they need.
Excellent coach to athlete ratios. We make sure we have enough coaches and instructors to ensure all athletes get as much personal attention as possible, creating a private training atmosphere.
Primary objective: WE WANT TO TEACH THE PROPER MECHANICS AND TECHNIQUE OF YOUR EVENT AND MAKE SURE THAT THE LEARNING IS RETAINED AND APPLIED IN YOUR SEASON.
