COME TRAIN WITH US!

WHO WE ARE

NCAA rules prohibit college coaches from coaching, instructing, or advising athletes outside of an official camp setting.

Since we are all coaches at Rutgers University, we are not permitted to work with student-athletes directly until their junior year—and cannot provide coaching or training outside of those rules.

However, as a Club Member, this changes.
In this setting, we are no longer acting as your collegiate coaches, but as your club coaches, which allows us to work with you directly.

Our mission is to provide athletes within a 50-mile radius with additional coaching, personal guidance, and practice opportunities in a structured training environment.

As a member, you’ll receive:

  • Coaching from Division I, Power 4 coaches at Rutgers University

  • Mentorship and instruction from Rutgers All-Americans, Big Ten podium finishers, and champions

  • Small-group training with unparalleled access to elite-level knowledge and experience

Our athletes and coaches will not only train you but also guide you, answer your questions, and help you grow in every aspect of your development.

CAMP SESSIONS VS CLUB PRACTICES

Club Practices – More personalized training opportunities. Practices are individualized, allowing us to work on whatever areas you’d like to develop most. We listen to where you are in your season or training year, and then work on the most pertinent areas.

Camp Sessions – Group practices focused on more general training progressions and technical work in a structured, consistent environment. Outstanding learning opportunity but not as personalized.

Both formats are are excellent and designed to help you take your performance to the next level. The best approach is become a club member, attend practices twice a month and also sign up for camps using your 20% discount.

Personalized Practice Sessions

Your two monthly practice sessions are built just for you. Unlike camps (which are group-based), these practices are:

  • Completely individualized — designed around your needs and the timing of your season.

  • Flexible in focus — you decide what we work on:

    • Technique improvement

    • Targeted workouts

    • Game-day preparation

    • Even sitting down to talk about your season

During these sessions, we are 100% at your disposal — your goals determine the agenda.

What we do not offer (at least yet)

  • We do not function like a standard club. We do not compete regularly as a team at XC or track and field meets. Our primary focus is on our two practice sessions a month.

  • Although the athlete is permitted to represent the club in competition, as coaches, we do not travel with the athletes, register them or make any schedules.

  • If we are already present at the meet, the coaches can coach the club members if they are able. However, it is unlikely, due to the coaches busy schedule traveling and coaching at Rutgers, they will be able to assist regularly.

  • Some of our best college athletes at Rutgers are instructors in the camp. These are All Americans and Big Ten Conference Champions at your exposure. However, they are not required to help outside the practice sessions unless they wish to. You are welcome to ask and if they can, they will. However, they are very busy in school and competing.

  • Provide uniforms or lend out equipment

  • Practice anytime outside the two designated practice days
