We're taking it on location for August offering a one of a kind speed camp.

This is a semi private instructional camp working with Coach Farrell, Director of Track and Field at Rutgers University.

These sessions will be the ultimate technical sprints camp. Mechanics is the key to speed and the athletes will learn how to apply them. You can see improvements in just 3 days.

We'll be using technology very few people have, including our 1080 sprint machine and Freelap laser timers. The 1080 will be giving the athlete data of their speed, force, power etc. Constant video use will be giving immediate feedback. You'll get more information in 3 days then you've ever had.
